VENDOR INFORMATION 

2026 Applications are open!

We are excited for this, our 5th season of the market and we have you, our wonderful vendors to thank for the incredible success of the market.

You are invited to apply from the home page...just find the "click to apply" button
We review all  applications to ensure a good fit and to do  our best to maintain vendor exclusivity (to avoid multiple vendors with the same products).

Dates: every Saturday from May 9 – October 17
Time: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm.
Location: 6240 Main St., Stouffville
Market day:

 - You are responsible for bringing your own everything...tent, table, signage, payment system, supplies, etc. 

- Market representatives will be there by 7:00 am to meet you and advise you of your assigned spot.

IMPORTANT:  Upon arrival, please:

·       drive to your assigned space

·       unload your vehicle (do not set up yet)

·       move your vehicle to the back parking lot  

·       come back to your space to set up.

·       Take down time is 2:00 pm, not before unless authorized by market management 

·       Take all garbage/packaging/waste with you off market property, do not place it in the market receptacles.

·        Vehicles are not permitted in the market area during market hours.

·        Please do not park on the road, our patrons need the spaces.
